Conversation requests
The form emails the name, business email, organisation, country or region, message and optional attachment you submit to NAVI-OIL so we can review and reply. These contents are not stored in the website database.
Access and storage
The website keeps only a random reference, delivery state and keyed, non-reversible anti-abuse values. It makes a best-effort deletion of these delivery records after 30 days. It does not retain your message, email address, IP address or attachment. Email systems used to deliver and receive the enquiry may apply their own retention policies. Attachments come from an external sender; scan them before opening.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page views, reading interactions, outbound links, approximate region and device information so we can improve the website. Analytics is not loaded before you allow it. We do not send enquiry form contents, names, email addresses, organisations, messages or attachments to Analytics. You can change your choice using the Analytics choices button.
Your choices
Submit only information relevant to the enquiry. Do not send passwords, export-controlled data or unrelated personal information.
Retention and requests
Information is kept only as needed to handle the conversation and applicable operational or legal requirements. Use the contact form and your reference number to request correction or deletion.
